Our services are provided for administrative, operational, and compliance-support purposes only and do not constitute legal advice, tax advice, or accounting opinions. We do not replace the services of licensed attorneys, certified public accountants (CPAs), or tax advisors unless specifically stated in a written agreement.
2. Registered Agent & Third-Party Services
The Company may coordinate registered agent services, entity filings, compliance filings, and related services through trusted third-party service providers, including nationwide registered agent and compliance vendors. The Company acts as a facilitator and reseller of such services, ensuring coordination, submission, and administrative support.
Clients acknowledge and agree that certain services may be fulfilled by independent third-party providers, which may be subject to their own terms, processing timelines, and service limitations. The Company is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation.
Clients engaging such services acknowledge that certain filings and registered agent functions may be fulfilled by independent partner entities governed by their own terms and conditions.
3. Payments & Refunds
Service fees, billing terms, and applicable government or third-party fees will be disclosed prior to purchase or engagement. Unless otherwise stated in writing:
- Fees for services already rendered or initiated are non-refundable
- Government filing fees, registered agent fees, third-party platform fees, and courier costs are non-refundable once submitted or incurred
